I have only used a couple of times I only took 1 tablet before bed and the next day later on in the afternoon when I felt bowl movement, usually I’m so constipated but these tablets really helped and I felt so much better in myself and my stomach felt flatter. I wouldn’t take these all the time only when needed as it did give me a little stomach cramps.

Although I was skeptical as tried so many things I started with 1 tablet at night but nothing happened so I went to 2 tablets the next night. I then went toilet 3 or 4 times throughout that day. I then cut back to 1 again but nothing so seems it has to be 2 and will make me have cramps and go a few times throughout the day. Initially nothing was happening for a couple of days, started with the recommended one capsule then moved to two next night. Then things moved. Product does what it says but be careful of stomach pains which is why I have stopped taking them after 10 days. No weight loss but I wasn’t on them for weight loss. I will take again when I get clogged up, great for people suffering constipation for short time usage.

It took a few days of tanking 2 tablets at night before I noticed a change. I did however have really bad stomach cramps when I went to the loo. It seems that every couple of days I'm feeling empty.
