Certainly clears me out, only using one capsule at night...Really glad I only took the one, as my system is so sluggish, I was going to take two, so glad I didn't. Can't say I feel any thinner my clothes are not much looser, but I certainly don't feel as bloated which is a bonus

Have lost a couple of pounds only but is keeping me regular but only having to take one a day as otherwise would never be out the loo. Bloating gone

Was prompt delivery however delivered the wrong product this time However after realising the error i used the product anyway.

These definitely work. I've only been taking one a day at nighttime. They do give you stomach cramps sometimes, but hopefully that will settle down.

Definitely feel the difference. On them a week and feel much better. Dont have any cravings on them and not hungry throughout the day

It is a tremendous treatment for severe constipation. I have a spinal condition which causes terrible constipation and Jennah has been a revelation. I don't use it every day as your bowels can become completely reliable on them if over used. I also like the fact that it's all natural ingredients.

I was recommended these by a friend. Having suffered for years with chronic IBS, these are now my go to tablets when I need some relief from constipation. They really do work! The only reason I have given four stars instead of five is that I wish that the capsules were half the size as I have trouble swallowing large tablets. Also this would give more flexibility with dosage. Sometimes one isn't enough and two is too many.

Don't take two at bedtime and have a dentist appointment next day 🤣. Very nearly missed my appointment as I couldn't get off the toilet.will try again in a couple of weeks but only take 1 next time. Definitely did the job. A bit too well actually
