Initially I felt it was a bit aggressive. It worked from the first tablet but caused painful cramps. I stopped after 4 days as my stool was like water. The next day I didn’t pass anything so I restarted and have been taking it every night for 7 nights. I’m not going as often but it’s still very loose, not formed. Each time I eat it stimulates a motion.
Is this normal?.
It has been the best treatment I have taken for my severe constipation so I don’t want to stop taking it.
