I bought the liver cleanse and colon cleanse, my skin has definitely improved I was suffering from spots but has cleared after a couple weeks. Colon cleanse works pretty much after a few hours, I started with one which was pretty effected then increased to two. I need to drink more water, so I recommend 2litre's of water which will increase the benefits of the detox. Really happy with the products and didn’t experience the stomach pains or uncomfortable aching you get when taking laxatives.
