After a problem with my initial order never arriving, I contacted them, they apologised for problems experienced and the product was sent next day deleivery. The film is easy to apply if you've done it before. I prefer to cut it exactly to size rather than allow an extra margin. Plenty of slightly soapy water sprayed on all surfaces makes it easy to slide into place. Looks great when dry
