Did not feel safe enough. My DIL showed it to an emergency worker and he said “in his opinion” it did not meet safety requirements necessary to keep mom and baby safe so we threw it in the trash. Couldn’t figure out how to return it. Great idea though. Keep working on it.

Gifts should be fully refundable especially those so related to a woman’s feeling of safety. Charging a customer International shipping to access a refund is not a full refund. I felt dishonestly treated as a customer, and read that other have felt the same. Shameful practice for a company. Upon asking for a refund they want you to post the item back to an international addressat your own expense without paying for the return postage when it's a misleading description of their item. They then offered 20% refund for an item I will be disposing of so I'm still out of pocket. Do not recommend.
