I have thick thighs so sometimes the seat belt comes out of the Mimi belt when I move my leg from brake to gas

I have to adjust the strap multiple times to feel secure. It slips too easily. I was hoping it would work like a tow strap, but unfortunately it is not. Need to design one that won’t slip,

Not recommended by real doctors. Tried to return it, was forced to return it to AUSTRALIA which would have been about $600 in shipping. So basically, if you don't like the product, you have to pay 15 times the amount you purchased it for to return it. So you're just out the $50 for it for no reason other than this is a scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
