Easy to install and to use in general. Unfortunately it loosens up after about 2-3 uses and I have to re-tighten it. Also, the belt itself doesn't stay very tight on the thighs, it loosens during driving.

Product is good but customer support was kinda rough to deal with. They were “politely rude” to say it best. If you don’t mind waiting nearly 3 weeks for a great product, order it.

Buyers beware! This is advertised as fitting "ALL car seats," but does not. If your car's seat has electronics in it (to move the seat forward and backward, heated seats, etc.) there is a good possibility it will not fit. We tried to install the belt in our Range Rover Sport and it would not work. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and would not accept a return of an unopened, unused product that was FALSELY ADVERTISED on its website.

I ordered this for my daughter. Mimi belt gives us peace of mind in the protection it offers.

Never fitted my daughters car seat . They will not refund my money . Bought the seatbelt and extension and gave it to my pregnant daughter. She hasnt been well and we never thought it wouldnt fit . Cost alot of money as send past the 30days . This is not the truth since we received it . Totally disgusted with the poor customer service and dont recommend this company .

This is a total scam. I attempted to return mine after my doctor recommended against it. The only way I could have my full refund is if I paid for shipping of the product TO AUSTRALIA. I was forced to keep the belt adjustor that I have no use for and received 20% back – so $8. My fault for trusting so blindly when this product is not backed by scientific or medical studies.
