They are super supportive but also stretchy and stay in place extremely well! I had a hard time finding knee sleeves that fit my leg type and these won by far! All of their products are great, honestly.

They came pretty quick! I love that I really stick to the bar with these! Loves the white, it matches my barbell. If they get dirty they will shows they’re being used!

Great knee sleeves for lifting and WODs! I chose the perfect size for me after measuring, and then choosing the size based on the website sizing chart. I used these for walking lunges the other day in a WOD because my knees are old and my kneecaps are tender little babies, and they worked a treat! You can't go wrong with leopard print anything!

Crazy sticky, have been able to add more reps to my gymnastic movements, crushed 26.2 mainly bc of these grips, wa able to get thru those C2B way faster that i'd have otherwise

I recently joined a new gym and their pull up bars are too clean I could barely hold onto them. These have kept me on the bar and for longer than ever.

Delivery to South Africa was quick and seamless, import taxes are included in the total price upon check-out. Got the grips in a little breathable goodie bag with a sweat towel and wrist protectors too! They also included care instructions. All in all would recommend - worth every cent spent!

I've never had grips that stick to the bar so well. It's crazy how much easier it is to do gymnastics movements when your grips stick so well. Very pleased with these grips.

I purchased these gloves as a gift to my nephew for Christmas, who is a strong advocate for health. He has worked in the business of health care for years and is a regular at his gym. He loves his new gloves and swears they make a huge difference when he is lifting. The only suggestion I have is that shipping be quicker as it did take quite a while to receive my purchase. I love my Frog Grips. They make me feel confident when I work on my pull ups and gymnastics on the bar. i like how they sit securely on my wrists and don't slide.

The grips are GREAT! But I need to get used to them, I am learning how to use them. For example; must clean the rig and remove all chalk before gripping on.

I started a cross fit class in January 2026. The instructor talked to us about grips, he uses Frog Grips and said he loved them and were better than others he had tried. So that's how I found out about them. I love them! I've never used any others so I can't compare, but I don't plan to either. You guys rock!

These are the stickiest grips! I feel like I don’t even have to hold on to the bar with my hands! As long as the bar I clean and free of chalk you will never feel any slip!

When I started working at a gym, I did my pull ups barehanded, and it hurt like hell. With my new grips, it feels so much better and it works as wristbands too. Overall, one of the best purchases I ever made.

These grips are amazing. I’ve only used them three times and each time I’ve been able to stay on the bar significantly longer than with my previous other brand grips. Can’t wait to keep using them and see what I can accomplish.

10/10… Toes to bar are hard with bad grips! These have truck me to the bar for effortless grip and as such, much more downward push! I just regret not buying them sooner!
