I appreciate that you made it easy to follow the tracking of my painting. Other companies have not been good at it. The painting arrived in perfect shape and looks like it will be beautiful. My only disappointment is that there is no paper copy of the painting with its numbers clear to see. Other companies include that and it is a huge help when painting the picture.

I think there should be another full size print of the painting on paper so when you want to repaint or touch up something you can see what number paint you have used. Once you paint that price you have no reference to what colour you used

I love your detailed picture....I am not fond of your paints.... I have to paint a single space several times before it covers well enough...especially yellows and pinks.....and the lines that separate each numbered space is sometimes hard to see...and I have to get out the magnifying glass to see all of it

I would have given it 5 stars but packaging should have been better. The hanging hardware was loose so a screw is missing and parts fell between the canvas and wood frame, bubbling the canvas. Paint is nice and will cover in two coats. Brushes are nice and I like the coating on the canvas which makes it smoother and the canvas is tinted which will make those small areas easier to paint. Overall, very nice.

The only issue I have is with the paint pots. They are all individual with caps that separate. There is not an easy way to organize them without taking up a lot of room. A foam organizer tray would make it easier to keep them together and also make it easier to find the color you are looking for. With the caps that separate they sometimes fall out of my fingers and drop on to the painting. With paint side down it can be a mess. Everything came as expected. The diy frame did have some splintering and was afraid it would break on assembly but I got it to go in without damage. No instructions. Brushes shed a bit so may need better quality.

A little less detailed than I had originally thought, but still a decent canvas. Paints, as with most PBN's, are on the dry side, but I use a Flow Aid product and does the job. No reference sheet was included, which I'm not used to seeing. It's a quick canvas though, and that's what I wanted this go-round.
