The lack of information was very frustrating to me. I knew that there would be time needed, 4 weeks but it was past 4 weeks and nothing told to me. I honestly wondered if the set up was a scam, it was a n expensive item. I texted twice and pretty much told that your info warned me to expect a delivery time later. I was finally told something about an expected delivery a day or so before it happened. I wish your company could’ve told me more
