They responded promptly to my email and sent me corrected poster and would not accept the extra money I owed. Very helpful and I know when birthday arrives an 11 year old boy will be VERY happy. The order was placed the 30th of june , it should have arrived between the 2nd and 13th of July. It eventually arrived the 22nd of July, despite the delay the package arrived safely to its destination and in mint condition. The overall quality is fairly good and I am very happy with it.

The poster is nice but the frame was expensive and disappointing. For the price we paid the poster should have come already in the frame and it should have been a correct fit. Instead we had to figure out getting the back of the frame off, as it was different than any frame we’ve ever seen. Once we got the poster in the frame we saw it isn’t the right size. Ordered poster and frame for our son. For the cost of the frame we were disappointed that the poster didn’t come already in the frame. Also there were no instructions on how to open the back of the frame, which it is different than any frame we’ve ever seen. Once we got the poster into the frame it’s disappointing that it’s not the right size. There is about an inch at the top and the bottom of the poster inside the frame now showing just the cardboard.
