He was prompt in all his communications and gave me full confidence in that company would cover the customer when a shipping issue had arisen which was not their fault but that of the shipping agent. I am happy overall w paddle but the face already has blemish marks where surface is scratched or defective....basically in middle/ sweet spot. Only a beginner but love this paddle! Having researched the technologies used in this in regards to much more expensive paddles I couldn't see why I'd pay 3x as much for an alternative ! Light but able to generate power and spin control is good

Will continue to grow with this paddle ( I always call it racquet) since I was a tennis player previously. Anyway, I have been very pleased with this paddle.

For my first paddle, it has sick spin and I have great control with it. Im not the best yet with driving the ball but for what I can do, it does have good speed off of the paddle. There is a bit of a dead spot at the top of the paddle. Being that it is my first paddle, not sure if that is normal or common. I love it so far!!

I am a beginner at pickleball, I had played the sport only twice before deciding to purchase my own pickleball paddles because it was really gross having to share sweaty, stinking pickleball ball paddles with multiple players. I think this paddle is really good because all my friends say that it looks GREAT and they are trying to borrow it, but I refuse to let anyone else touch my new paddle.

It is a great paddle and plays as soft and controlled as av16mm but hits it like a 14mm.! However I cannot find any reviews yet. Get this paddle out there and promote it like the Mystic!
