Its a great tool for generating midi, however it would be even better if it created melodies for different genres, as of now it seems limited to the hip hop and rap field. Looking forward to the future of this plugin!

So far ive made a couple really sick beats with it . Some sounds are so so and it has times where its super muddy or the spawns aren’t that good. And it does have its limits. But it is a dope investment. Im an old head and thought of this as cheating when finally i was bored one day and bought it just to see for myself and ended up really enjoying and utilizing this plug in.

The plugin overall is very, very good. I might just share vision of how i would see it as perfect. When you get a melody, you have only 1 octave to work with, lets say i have a piano, ill be able to use that sound just from c4 - c5 for example, and other octaves are other sounds. Adding option to add a certen generation to favorities as preset would be lovely. It’s a dope plug-in! It took a little bit of research to figure out how to export the midi to my daw and keep the spawn effects and route each channel (Logic pro X). It would be nice to insert or use different one shots/sounds from other libraries directly in Spawn. Also, since its using AI to generate loops, maybe have a written function where the user can add an artist or a time in Hip Hop (late 90’s Primo beat, or Illmatic Large Professor sound) for AI to generate melodies, beats etc.. But I wanna make my know melody’s so it would be good if there could be a feature where it helps u build a melody rather then just generate and mabey a feature where it just generates 1 sound so if i just want piano it will only show Piano other then that everything is fine

The VST is great for inspiring new ideas.
The only problem im currently having is that the 2.0 update is crashing in my DAW, which im currently using Reason 13.3.
Would love to see this issue resolved.

One thing about I can say about the Spawn is when I save project or copy the same one to an other track with Spawn on it the midi pattern that generate is gone, So I would like using those midi pattern that I generate for a B section in my project.

I was really excited about the drop of Spawn, I was not disappointed. Spawn exceeded my expectations. It's a great tool to spark creativity. I use it as a starting point then build a complete song with my existing tools.
I also use Spawn on current projects that need just a little something more. I put Spawn in the same key as my project and in a couple of click the track is bubbling. Looking forward to future upgrades.

Being an Audio engineer this is a cool tool to give you fast reference, what i dont like is that keep in mind not everyone you work with has this plug in so it still requires you to do the e work. If you have an RTA visual reference then it makes sense to buy. You have to use Ai eventually overall it’s a fast tool for your work flow. Adaptive limiting helps for the headroom.

I have had this software for months and I see do not know how to use it. I ran the installer sent to me but I do not see any standalone application to use it.
