I contacted GARD PRO with the problem and they sorted straight away. A new item was sent out and arrived promptly (over Christmas period). Love love love this watch! The battery life is ridiculously insane, going on day 9 as we speak! Lots of great features, and it's definitely durable. I bought one for myself and for my girlfriend, she absolutely loves hers as well. Our previous smart watches were way too expensive, battery life sucked and eventually both (major brands) stopped working with-in a year and a half. These Gard watches are aleady proving to be much better and way less expensive! Definitely a great watch, love them!
