I had really high expectations for these grips and wanted to be able to give these 5 stars but unfortunately I can’t. I purchased the Elite Grips 4.0 - HD and the first workout in them was amazing. I was able to hang on to the bar no problem. After the first workout, these grips lost all of the stickiness and make it hard to hang on during high volume gymnastics. Back to the drawing board to find new grips that will continuously stick.
