Just a few test runs to dial in my settings. Couldn’t be happier! No charring and smearing, very minimal power required to get a clean crisp second layer to pop off w piece. And the best part is that even with minimal power to expose the under layer it is still a tough durable leatherette that doesn't scar easily and is extremely tough even when cutting with scissors. Excellent material to work with.

Fast ordering process! Great product! They always look great. My customers are always happy! I do wish they would come up with a few other color options. And a way to name each order so you can search faster to reorder past orders.

This leatherette by the yard is the ticket. Same great quality I've come to expect but in a size that really increases production. I hope more of the products become available by the yard.

These leatherette patches are a game changer. It took me a few trys to get my laser dialed in to where it would engrave & cut these patches. But once I did it was game over. I did over 40 hats for a customer & he was well pleased with how the patches & hats turned out. Definitely will order from this company for now on.

This black to red produces great contrast and allows for a lot of detail. It's easy to clean after engraving. I use L.A.s totally awesome and any residue wipes right off. Just like every other product I have used from Patch Crafters, this is high quality and produces great results.

This leatherette was very easy to work with. I am also happy with how well the adhesive stuck! This was my very first hat experience and I am now, obsessed!

I am still getting used to the leathers, and cutting them myself, but they’re great leather. They’re very soft to the touch and stick nicely to hats. This is my first experience with cutting them and so far the blue is the only one I’ve cut. But loving it so far.

Absolutely love the customer service I received on this order after she shippers bent up my order. They were quick to respond and really kind to me. I also really like the products they have. This is a nice look and color. Adhesive is great and melts with minimal heat. I recommend this company. I would love for them to sponsor me :)

The Yellow to Black leather was the first product I purchased to tryout. I was very impressed with the quality and the ease of use. The finished project came out better than expected. I will be purchasing more in the near future.

Bought this and similar products from other companies. I really like how thick it is compared to others and the adhesive is top-notch. Patch Crafters won the shoot out and I will now be getting all my product from them.

I am engraving a tooled leather pattern for a client who is adding leather accents to an antique hall tree. The final engraving looks fantastic. Next is some neetsfoot oil and feibings leather conditioner to give a rich depth to the engraving.

Everything was super nice and pressed on no problem customer was happy! I on the other hand was happy with everything besides I didn't get a patch crafters sticker in my order for my beer fridge!!! Haha

The Hat Press cover made it super easy to adhere my patches to the hat, without getting harsh press lines. Does exactly what I needed it to do. Perfect size too.

Slight learning curve but love that I don’t have to change bottom platens for my hats. Just load and go. Great having heat on top and bottom as well. Not sponsored but would love to be because this is a product I can stand behind!

Purchased these leatherette sheets to see if if it was easier than lining up an image on a pre-made patch. It indeed was, and it adhered very nicely! I highly recommend!

Purchased two of the brown with black sheets for a custom patch order. Utilizing the ComMarker OMNI 1 5w UV laser to accomplish the engrave. Turned out better than I thought they would and the customer was over the moon happy. I so definitely be purchasing from Patch Crafters again.

Worked great. Had an order for hats and the added lower heat was a huge help. Learned we needed to reduce the heat on the top platten to avoid adhesive melting out. Super easy to use and install

This is the best leather product I have used! I’ve tried multiple brands and PatchCrafter leather has been the best by a long shot! I will not use any other brand!

Previously I was using Teflon sheets. The Patch Crafters silicone protective sheets are better for at least a couple of reasons. They stay in place better and they are durable. Also the uniform thickness allows for an even transfer of heat to the patch. It's a quality product that I expect to get a lot of use from. When the time does come, I'll come to Patch Crafters and order them again.

This material Is very high quality and has the softness and feel of real leather. Engraving came out very clean and nice with a 5 watt diode laser. Still need to do some cut tests as the adhesive wasn’t cut completely through in some areas, but that’s easy to figure out. I was shocked that I received my order the next day! Looking forward to being a longtime customer and will be ordering other colors soon. Thank you Patch Crafters!

I was searching for an earlier way to apply patches, besides painstakingly stitching them by hand. This adhesive works AMAZING!!!!! Can Not say enough! The only problem is that I will put patches on everything now!!

The leatherette has proven to be highly satisfactory in my experience. Its ease of cutting and engraving has been a significant advantage. I ordered the new DuoForge over the weekend and it arrived Tuesday evening. I tried this new machine out today and very impressed on the ease of use. I’m just starting in the custom hat business this machine is going to be awesome.

Un-boxed it, read the instructions (very clear and well written) and started making hats. Leather and leatherette patches look perfect. Cranked out 40 hats in no time. Very pleased!

I’ve only used this black to gold leather a few times but it’s amazing. The first time I had my settings too high and blew right through the gold but it still looked great. It’s easy to work with and the adhesive is strong. My order arrived quickly and packaged well. Great company! Will be ordering all my supplies from here.

I love the quality of all the leatherette that I have purchased from Patch Crafters! I also purchased their Heat Dualizer for the Vevor hat press and it has been a game changer for me.

I was concerned about etching and cutting with my 20W diode, but I had absolutely nothing to worry about. It turned out fantastic, and I love it. I am, however, holding off pressing it on a hat until I get a better heat press. Thank you again for a great product!
