It has a lot of good information! And I like all the Scriptures! Some of it is just a lot of lists, which is not as enjoyable to read, but when he expounds upon the Scriptures, I like that. Also, I enjoy reading the testimonials in it. I have not used the salt yet because I already had bought a really big bag of sea salt a while before buying this book-and-salt set, so I am still working through my big bag, but I believe his salt is, well, worth the salt :)
