It was pretty fantastic. I myself don’t do particularly well with a low carb diet and I can only tolerate so much salt. Having said that, the emphasis on intermittent fasting, consumption of cayenne, olive oil, key limes, and real salt (for me I have to use salt in moderation) has definitely made a difference. Jacob is also one of the few I’ve seen who knows that biblical events happened in America, which is always good to see in a fellow truth seeker. A great read!!!
