First of all, you’ve got a good product. Congrats. The problem I have is that the package arrived (after a good wait) and a good third of it was blown out into the mailing envelope. I ended up throwing that away. You’ve got a good product but your packaging sucks. That top left corner is exactly how it arrived. With air in the package, a mailer that goes through machines, it’s a disaster.
