Very colourful and adorable, and none are damaged, Lukas star case came with two black dots draw on it on the side, but i think its just smudge or sharpie so easy to get off and doesnt bother me,, no scratches and all came from a closed bag and box,, so i love the products so far!!

Ordered it 3 months ago, but it took a little over two weeks to arrive safely from ship date when I emailed them :) It also included a full set of the couple photocards which were a nice bonus I didn't expect! Though when I opened him it didn't have the foam(?) sheet that was supposed to come in the original packaging and his plastic bag was opened, but I'm assuming Moegoods was making promotional content with him. Thank you Moegoods!

Muy buena experiencia, lo compre a medios de Julio y llegó por la tercer semana de Agosto. Son más grandes de lo que pensé jeje, Por dentro tiene un forro de gamuza. Llegó con etiqueta de "shugo chara" pero terminé quitandosela. Lo recomiendo

Updated review: my sua pins original came with a manufacturing error. I email and texted with support and they were very quick too send out a new correct version even if it wasn't there fault which is just so kind!!! Will deff be buying more merch while feeling safe💞✨

For someone who never got to use a locker before, it is so cool! Looks accurate to what a real locker should be like! I love that there are 6 hooks and 3 little spots to put things. Plus, It is actually made of metal, so you can add magnets!

How cute! Also got the one I wanted most! The box was slightly squashed, but it is not even worth saving imo (its a plain paper box). Figure comes in just a clear plastic baggie as shown, and it is adorable!

At first I was afraid that the mesh bag would look cheap and flimsy. But I am happy I purchased it! The art in the bag is so cute and I love how bright the orange is. The bag is a bit flimsy, but I haven’t used it yet and will be careful before putting heavy item inside. It is also I bit hard to get keychains onto the straps of the bag and they look a little weird but it doesn’t ruin the bag for me.

I was worried if the items were damaged since the boxes in this one came in squished, but they're all okay! A little disappointed that I didn't get Luka in this one too...but maybe next time I will! Thank youu 💞💞💞

THEY'RE SOOOO CUTE! Kinda disappointed because I wanted Luka...ended up getting two Hyuna's and MiziSua instead. The boxes weren't squished! I would definitely buy from this store again 😋💞

I am so happy to finally have hyuna’s new merch! the only item i purchased was her acrylic stand and the rest were purchased form other places. the packaging was beat up, but the item inside was fine.

so gorgeous !! Highly recommend getting this one, his design is so cool. his card did come with a few scratches and warps, but nothing major. be careful when peeling off the protective plastic though as the broomstick is fragile !!!

i am so happy with this purchase !!! she is a lot bigger than i thought she would be, hence the till chuichui beside her for size reference !! Her hair is super soft and fluffy, and her head is quite heavy lol. she’s super cute and i highly recommend :)

My favourite part about them is their customer service, because I am an anxious person, and I like to know where my package is. If you send them an email, they’ll respond as quickly as I can, which I like I will be buying from them now and to the future

Literally so cute and ehipping was super duper fast! The carabiner does seem kind of low quality so i switched it out but its otherwise perfect
