I found the adjustment tool easy to use, and as pictured, I like to wear my watches loose on my wrist, but I still had to take out four links, two on each side for the desired fit. Delivery time lasted for 17 days for me here in Doha Qatar. The watches were lovely (1 gold & 1 combined one) and very easy to adjust the straps. Upon posting this photo as my story, 2 friends have already shown interest in it. Bought this watch as a bday gift for my daughter. She loved it and wears it with stacked gold bangles. Very stylish and it was easy to remove links for a perfect fit. FYI, full disclosure, I worked at a high end jewelry store, so I knew how to remove links. It is easy, but watch a quick video if you've never done it before so you don't damage the bracelet and remove from the correct sides.
