Since using the mag/glycinate tablets I've experienced better sleep, no muscle cramps from training and just less anxiety over all. I take 2 around lunch and 2 about 30 mins to an hour before bedtime. No stomach issues. Absolutely love them and looking forward to Honour Health releasing more supplements. I have to be honest, I normally dont write reviews of products I purchase because at least product should do what they claim but I have to say since talking magnesium Glycinate and vitamin D3 I have never felt better. I no longer have muscle pain, my mood pressure is now regular and I just feel better all round. I have now started recommending these products to my friends and so far im hearing good things. So for now I will stay positive and keep up my regular doses.
