Solid, compact and to this point hasn't started chipping paint like other brands. It fits well into the compartment and doesn't make noise or shift around. This is a good quality alternative and the carry handles can be used for farmers carry training or light weight shoulders too.

The zip and seams are good quality which has prevented fraying from friction and weight distribution. Great backpack, very sturdy. I was worried it might be a bit big for a woman's frame, but it just looks like a normal backpack. The waist belt means I've graduated from carrying all the weight on my shoulders the way I was with my old backpack. The compartments for the weights mean they sit in the right spot.
