Ordered a picture for a client who's wife had just passed away. The picture came out great and so was the companies customer service. While I was placing my order, I wanted the wood frame but was unable to make the selection. I emailed support and they were able to accommodate my request without any issues..however, the pricing does seem a little high for the size photo that was ordered.

Everything arrived as shown. I just wish the paint that was used was more glossy and had more shine. What what used was very flat. It would have been nice to know that (or maybe it was noted somewhere when I ordered it but I didn't see it) or even to be able to choose the kind of paint used.

The Rocco I ordered is beautiful. The other painting I received was clearly packaged before it completely dried, so the cardboard protectors they used to pack it stuck to the painting. When I contacted customer service, their solution was to spray it with water and try to wipe/peel it off. That is not the solution you want to hear when you just paid almost $700 for a piece of art.
