I purchased a black 'Keep Hammering' mesh hat and I enjoy the fit and look. However, inside the hat, underneath the flap, there is thick stitching at the center of the front part of the hat. The few times I have worn it, it leaves a mark on my forehead. Even when I loosen the back, it leaves a mark. The only way I can wear it without it hurting my forehead is wearing it backwards. I wish I could wear it normal so that I can use it while running. Hopefully my hat is the only one that has this...
