It worked wonders, got me back down to my pre COVID weight after years of trying LITERALLY everything including caloric deficits. I purchased the total body detox and total belly detox during Christmas. I just started using the total belly detox. The taste is like blended herbs, so I’m not bothered by the taste, although I do add a half of a freshly squeezed lemon for taste. I just started using it, so I haven’t seen much results yet, but my stomach is making noise like I will have to go shortly. I’m going to stick to it, to see if my belly gut decreases.

Be prepared to see results but ofcourse make sure you are near a restroom. Within a few hours of drinking the tea you will have a few bowel movements. It does come with some cramping. sometimes it feels worse than others.
