Best sleep I’ve had in years. Am going thru menopause so thought I’d give Calm a try - what did I have to lose. When I take calm I don’t wake up multiple times at night, have a deeper sleep and wake up non groggy and with heaps of energy. Honestly, Uglyface make some of the best sups on the market that I've tried. Quality is great. The Calm supp hasn't *solved* all my problems, but it has significantly reduced my ability to create new ones from a self induced spiral. My stress levels are lower, my mood is more balanced, and I'm much less likely to be standing in the shower at the end of the day while my shampoo bottles sit through yet another unnecessarily dramatic re-enactment of the days events. This stuff is no joke… took 2, did a bit of housework, now DRENCHED and nauseous as heck. I’d say the warning to start with 2, could maybe be adjusted to start with 1 lol… Depends on your metabolism though I guess!
