I'm not able to trust the nutritional fact sheet. I'm a type 1 diabetic and I see that after one serving my blood sugar raises equivalent to 50 g carbohydrate/sugar. However the fact sheet only indicates 2 g. This is a monumental oversight. Tastes nice tho.
