I love these lumadots. They are so easy to just place where you have a pain and they work really well to reduce the pain and inflammation. I use them with the stickers on my knees and walk around with them on. The family have also used them with stickers and straps for tennis elbow, arthritis in hands, back and neck pain due to arthritis and plantar faciitis. Great idea.

My main reason for this purchase is to help my grade 4 osteoarthritis in my right knee. After a week it did feel a little better. Cold wet days which normally cause a constant ache, were pain free. The only time it hurt was post a heavy training session. Early days, but definitely feels better. Certainly 100% more effective than the injection I had. Give it a go.

I’ve used the mask around 5 times now. It’s easy to use, pretty comfortable to wear, and most importantly, I’ve noticed a big difference in the brightness of my skin the day after using it. I’ve only used the red setting so far, but intend to use the blue light for flare ups. Definitely recommend.

The maximum heat I can tolerate is level 4 (out of 6) and I tend to use it on level 3 for a more pleasant experience. I feel a deep sense of peace and relaxation when using it. Have been using the sauna blanket for a month, I think it's worth the money by saving time/money travel to the spa, it's much easier to get it right after home gym sessions. It definitely helps with sleep and recovery, muscle less sore after training and if you wear cotton clothes or towels underneath the blanket, the heat is bearable and more comfortable than the actual steam sauna.
