I love the flag, but I had to purchase a different holder. The one that came with this flag broke in two when I pushed it into the ground. The steel was thin and too flimsy for the soil In Northwest Kansas. Luckily, I purchased a flag holder that was heavy-duty from our local hardware store. All is well now!

We installed this post for our little free library. It appears to be well made and in good condition. The problem is that the joint where the two posts connect is weak. So the library ends up being quite wobbly. We have tried to add additional screws but it didn't help. Disappointing for the amount of money this cost.

This thing is a nightmare to install, don’t let anyone, especially not Little Free Library, let you think otherwise. We received a sub-par post that is full of knots, making it nearly impossible to screw into the base. I had to hire a handyman who charged me an exorbitant amount of money to “make it work.” It’s not level and it’s not far enough down into the ground. Overall nightmare and I absolutely would not recommend it.
