Absolutely love this product! I took the prenatal while pregnant and actually noticed a difference on how much better I was feeling with this pregnancy vs my first, so I of course gave the postnatal a try and so glad I did! Same results, feel so much better postpartum this time around. I also did not have the milk production issue I did with my first(not sure if the product helped that much or just being a second time mom but it definitely didn't hurt).

I've been using this product daily for over a year and I absolutely love it! I take it pre-workout and notice a change in my energy and like to think it has helped my immune system as well. Last year my husband got Influenza-A and I didn't. Can't confirm it was due to this, however I definitely think it greatly helps my immune system!

I have been using the Mango fiber for a long time now (about 3 years) and it definitely helps.. I switched to a different fiber for a short period of time just to see, and absolutely had to start using Bowmar Nutrition fiber again.. nothing else compares to how well this works for me. Mango is definitely the best flavor ;)

I have been taking this for about 6 months postpartum from having our twins and will absolutely keep taking during my entire breast feeding journey. I take them every morning with breakfast and their collagen in my coffee. My milk supply has been overall pretty regular and I’m only shedding some of the hair fullness I gained during pregnancy. I haven’t experienced any of the front hairline hair loss. I don’t have another pregnancy to compare this to, but I would highly recommend trying!!

I have been taking Bowmar Nutrition’s Postpartum multivitamin for a little over 2 months now. I haven’t noticed any postpartum hair loss and my breast milk supply has been consistent as well (even with returning back to work). If I could give it 10 stars I would!

A postpartum must have! This is an amazing vitamin as a whole but I do believe it has helped my nursing journey tremendously. I’m not exhausted during the day, I am producing well, I haven’t lost any hair or thinning, my skin looks great, my recovery was so easy❤️

My favorite supplement to take! From training over the years, my knees would hurt all the time, even on rest days. Once I started taking Join2.0 it only took a few days to notice the difference. I once stopped taking it about a year ago and instantly noticed the pain coming back, the only difference in my routine was this. I now always make sure to take this supplement daily!

Been using Joint2.0 and the original since they came out; I've had four knee surgeries and this supplement has really helped my arthiritis and joint paint. I couldn't recommend this more for any gym rats, former athletes, or those that just like to abuse their body like I do! Highly recommend.

I started taking the postpartum vitamins around 6 months pp with my 4th and oh my goodness, I wish I would have tried them sooner! I’ve tried my share of pre/postnatal vitamins over the course of 4 pregnancies and never really did notice a difference until I came across this one. It helped tremendously with my ppd, and I do/will continue to recommend these to all of my mama friends for sure!!

I absolutely love this product, but the last few bags the "zipper" has been detached from one side when I receive it, making it so you can't close the bag. That is my only issue I've ever had with the collagen. It mixes great, has no flavor so I can add it to other Bowmar products, and it definitely makes a difference!

I wasn't sure if these would work, but wanted to give them a try. Total game changer. In just a few days I was able to climb/decend the stairs like a normal person.
