The jelly bean flavor was definitely the best . Disappointed that the product often gets clumpy and hard and unable to mix . ( usually bowmar customer service is awesome and makes it right but I had been told it’s still safe to use and they did not care when I told them I would have to throw it out ) for that reason I wouldn’t recommend.

When I first started using this company it was awesome. As time has went on it’s become harder to get what I need (even on a subscription). Shipping has come empty at times. Customer service is quick to respond. Shipping times are long (I understand they are not Amazon). Website is clunky and requires login everytime you change tabs. The products themselves are great just very hard to work with as a company long term.

I absolutely LOVE the jelly bean melt, but I just received the new formula one and I do not think it is good at all. The flavor has completely changed and is no longer a good taste. It tastes very off. Pretty disappointed that they changed the formula and the flavor as I thought it was perfect before.
