The company has great customer service! They answered my questions promptly. They sent me a video of my purchase. I asked for a tool to remove my original watch strap, and they sent me a tool without extra charge. The picture shows my Hamilton Regulator watch with the burgandy/red lizard strap. I will definitely use this company again. I live in California and I received my band promptly without issues.

Fits ok but feels loose at times. Would like to have less holes (at most 3) on the bracelet. Would like the grains of crocodile leather be more prominent and look “real”. You can see that the strap is a bit longer by about 3/8” jutting out off the free end.

A fantastic quality watch band for my Omega Seamaster AquaTerra. I wish the black was a bit shiny, but I assume that will happen as I wear it and condition it more. The buckle seems a bit large for the strap, but I have a replacement ordered.
