I haven't tried the pen yet, as it took awhile to reach me.
I'm surprised the it was sent by post, I had the notion that it would have been sent through a more trusted courier, as it being an expensive item.
we have issues with our postal system, as they wont follow up with costumers, and I had to search some post offices in my area for the package, have I known it was sent by post, I would have sent it to my Aramex P.O box.
Wish you could add more options for shipping, and give the costum...
