It is quite painful, but, it covers a large area in one go, so the process is over quickly. Would prefer to use an automatic pen, but, can't afford it. It's good to microneedle once a week. Haven't seen a big improvement yet, but, need to consistently use it over a few weeks to really judge the effectiveness

Maybe I was using the derma pen wrong but my skin didn’t look anymore hydrated afterwards. The bottle is definitely overpriced for the amount you get, it would be better off being split into 2* 2.5ml bottles so the other half doesn’t go to waste
