It’s early days with my new Pen, and I am getting more of a feel of how to use properly, and it keeps impressing me. After going to a professional for needling, I knew full well that I wasn’t getting a professional machine, but so far it’s going great and I do it weekly and skin looks great. Just trying to find my mojo with pressure and actual technique. Time and experience will sort that, and then I will upgrade to a stronger model from Dr Pen, for sure.

Used it for the first time. It’s okay. Came in a sterile packaging but the actual box looked like it had been crushed when it arrived. Whether it was like this already or during transit ? I don’t know. I think I’d rather invest in a pen to be honest.

Only used once. Seems like its working as it should but dont want to rate 5stars yet as I need more times to use it. There has been instances where the product I bought is great initially but after a few uses, it either does not work as intended or fails.

Possibly the intensity could go up a few levels if you've had previous experiences.
Maybe in the introductory, offer the gel that should be used with your product as an added feature?
