The box worked great and was a real beauty to look at and an absolute pleasure to hold. The only aspect of my experience that could have been better was the initial purchase. My daughter is a “griffindor” so when the box I received said ravenclaw, I knew she would be disappointed. I didn’t notice a choice n house preference when I ordered.

Incredibly well made and the details on it are insane. There are pretty, tiny patterns embossed in the wood. No defects and the lid on it lifts and closes without difficulty. My only issue is how long it took to arrive to Ontario, Canada. I waited about a month for it to arrive, however, this could be due to pandemic restrictions or the busy holiday season

I honestly can’t say how the music box is since I had it delivered to my mother in another country. However the customer service has been very good. After purchasing it said that delivery could be up to 35 days which was not ideal considering this was for a birthday present. The shipping number provided only kept saying ‘we’re waiting for it’. I got this for my eldest son for his graduation present. I let my younger son listen to it upon receiving in the mail and it brought a tear to our eye. It is an absolute beautiful rendition. The tune is beautiful and the sound is perfect. It doesn't sound metallic or clangy at all like others do.

I am so happy with this product. You can clearly tell a lot of love and care went into crafting it. It sounds amazing and I can't stop playing it. The customer support is also incredible. I had an issue where it wasn't tracking my shipment and may have become lost. I contacted support and they sent me a new one right away! I honestly couldn't be any happier, It just arrived in the mail today and I am in love. Sounds amazing!!! and it's also not too big or bulky. My only issue was shipping, I was told an expected delivery date of the 4th of December and only received it on the 29th, I'm letting it slip this time because of covid and I ordered it right round holiday season.
