The box is excellent! But all the cons are for the support as my first box was lost by the post office. They send me immediately another one without any extra costs. I received it finally and everything is ok. They have an excellent support, always answering to my emails and helped me a lot. Totally recommended store to buy your music boxes!

I am so so happy with my music box! I ordered it as a Wedding Anniversary gift for my husband. The site was easy to use and I was able to upload my own song for them to turn into a music box tune. I really love the Harry Potter music box. I wish I could have customized it a little more to say “Slytherin” instead of “gryffindor”. Also when you spin the box it sounds a bit rusty/ squeaky like it needs a little wd40. Overall it is precious and is going to make such a unique gift!
