The service was fantastic. I ordered this of my grand dog for my daughter and her partner, and they were thrilled. The website said I was ordering too late for Christmas delivery, but it came a few days before. You even photoshopped out a small imperfection on his face, and used the text that I asked for. Couldn’t be happier!

All customer service people should take a lesson from this company. Great people to work with. Our photo submission did not look good, nor work well. Customer service was absolutely amazing, explaining why it didn’t work. Their response was immediate and helpful. We were so pleased with the outcome. Their persistence in helping us reflected in the end results. If we had more pets, we would order more photos. Lol. Good job, well done.

We loved the concept. We received a digital copy timely, which was great. Customer service was efficient. Receiving the actual frame and final print took a little longer. In the end, fun photo display. Note: Not the best frame quality. The frame and photo print were shipped together and well packaged; however, the print was loose and not installed in the frame.

Posing Pig did such an amazing job on my photo! The background was blue and they flawlessly altered it to be the white background on this Vanity Fur cover. That's not easy with fur! So, unfortunately Tater is quite the little vacuum cleaner because this cover hit home for him in multiple ways. Was a Christmas gift for my wife and she had tears from laughing so hard! I expected a lot, and this exceeded my expectations. Crisp, dramatic, and striking cover. It arrived quickly, too. My only minor disappointment was that the company was out of frames when I ordered my cover. I had it sent w/o a frame, and the good news is the (smaller)size is a perfect match for standard certificate frames sold by Staples, Michael's, et. al.
