My walls aren’t flat and have bumps so the sticky tape and metal hooks didn’t work for me. Luckily there’s hidden holes that worked flawlessly and stay hidden with thin nails! If you don’t have a problem with holes in the wall it was really easy to put together ... like really easy and once you get your favorite 8-16 records you have a nice wall piece! When I bought the 12" Vinyl Record Display Frame I didn't think to research if it would work on an angled wall, I can see why it wouldn't work given the current fixings that come with the packaging. BUT, with some finagling I used some Velcro strips on the lower corners of the frame to stick them to the wall and they have held up very well. Love this system, functionally and aesthetically. Whenever someone comes in the room, it’s the first thing their eyes are drawn to. Had to hard mount and I would recommend doing so. It’s just a lot of weight for the 3M strips to handle… or maybe I didn’t wipe down my wall first like the instructions told me to.
