Brewed as suggested - coarse grind, water that is not boiling hot and 2 minutes - and got an excellent cup of kopi-o-kosong! All the flavour but none of the extreme bitterness of our regular local coffee.
Next I'm going to try with evaporated milk ie kopi-C-kosong :-)

I was able to taste a good, tarty flavor (don’t know if that’s how it’s described), and lemon dominates this coffee!
Good hint of earl grey as it leaves your tongue!
I can’t really taste the red currant, but maybe that’s the tarty flavor i described earlier.
A refreshing flavor, and i’m sure to come back for more!

It's a wonderful coffee! Easy to brew on my aeropress and quite forgiving when you make a mistake with the water temp. Lovely aroma that hits the nose and welcomes you to drink it. Excellent citrusy notes and lovely flowery taste left in the mouth. Enjoy it from hot till lukewarm to experience the whole spectrum of flavours!

Taste better when brewed using french press so you can taste all the complex notes of this light roasted bean. I tried using v60 but since the filter paper soaked all the aromatic oils from the coffee ground it loses its complexity that is there. Happy brewing!

The latte I make with Purveyor is one of the smoothest I have ever tasted. It was a relatively low acidity and a soft and smooth texture. Although the chocolate and cinnamon flavors seem very mild, overall, the coffee is great!

Got my first Blaq box and it was amazing! The 50g pack size just nice for me as I brew and drink alone. With smaller pack, I can finish the pack and proceed to the next pack while the roast date not too far away from consumption date. Very happy seeing my coffee blooming while brewing, the beans are so fresh, so tasty the coffee, anticipated to open the other 3 packets. Liberica is interesting. Very rich flavour, strong fruity and berry notes with long aftertaste. It is mixed with arabica to make it a good balance and deliver unforgettable experience. Strongly recommended.
Just one thing: dont store it for longer than 2-3 weeks, liberica keeps on fermenting sue to its high sugar conent.
