Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Refuse to give me return details. The wig I received is not worth the money at all. Very sparse hair at the front of the unit, looks awful like a bald patch at the front of the head. This is the last time I will ever purchase a wig from this company. The lace is too heavy and very rough. Not recommended for anyone with a sensitive scalp, It will ruin your day. I highly recommend a wider variety of wig lace material options that are not restrictive. Other than the wig cap, the hair is very good quality and easy to maintain and DOES NOT BREAK EASILY hence the most minimal loss.

Unfortunately I haven’t experienced that wow moment! I paid for a silk base so as to eliminate the grids on the lace from showing through, as shown in the picture it’s not what I was sold! The curls are also a lot tighter than the wave pattern in the pictured description & the promise of a parting being 6”, 3” more than their older models, I have only the 3”. Disappointed. I have requested a refund the day I received it but yet to hear back from the Vendor! What a shame.
