I sent them a few photos of the bag and the box and within minutes they advised me not to worry, they would make me a new bag to replace the damaged one. Very pleased with customer service. This bag is roomy, sturdy, and stylish. I love it! I needed a bag for all of our supplies and snacks that we use at outdoor concerts and on the beach. It would be nice to have a protective waterproof coating on the bottom of the bag. Hopefully, this is a feature you will consider adding.
