This was my first time ordering from this outlet and was quite apprehensive, but I am honestly more elated than I could’ve ever begun to fathom. The delivery was on time, made by such well mannered staff. The outlet executive took initiative on their own to ask for modifications if any needed and ultimately sent such an amazingly elegant looking and scrumptious cake. In this pandemic, I could get a cake ordered from creme castle with awesome taste of pure chocolate. Before an hour of delivery I requested them to make it special by addressing my mom in law. This time I did another experiment by ordering a new flavour again which was Coffee Caramel cake and surprisingly and thankfully it was very good. Crème Castle, you still need to work on your cakes coz here I'm talking about a particular cake only not all of them.

I really liked the concept of your website which showcased multiple cake designs for various occasions. Plus, the delivery guy also ensured that the cake was fine upon delivery. Just a feedback - do tell the delivery person if it’s a prepaid or a postpaid order. Ours was prepaid but he did not knew!
