Nice selection in this bag. There were a few salty ones which I don't like and I prefer the liquorice flavoured rather than the fruity ones, but they all went down nicely(gave the salty ones away!). As you can see by my photograph, the bag is empty which tells you something!

Bought a mixed bag selection as a birthday treat. The nougat is to die for. The fondant liquorice tubes are great. The Pontefract cakes are quite strong (not Haribo) but edible. The Bananas are interesting and very eatable!. However the mixed bag selection was marred by the chilli liquorice. There was quite a few of them and were an acquired taste I could not acquire. I do think they should not be put into a mixed bag, they are too niche.

Really delicious, and no animal products. The liquorice flavour is predominant and doesn’t disappear after you’ve sucked the sweet for a while. I’m craving liquorice at the moment and these sweets really fit the bill. By far, the nicest ones I’ve tried.

I thought that the recently purchased bundle was superb.
I was especially fond of the chocolate coated soft liquorice which didn't last very long and will order more for family to try at Christmas.
I would love to have seen more salted variety and more mint flavoured fondant sandwich allsorts.
I am finding it difficult to get hold of liquorice bonbons. A recently opened sweet shop in Mablethorpe doesn't stock them. Do you??

I remember liquorice just being small pieces of black chunks but these different shapes, colour’s & flavours have totally changed liquorice for good !!

Have ordered these many times and they are one of my favourites unfortunately the last two times I feel the liquorice has been a little stale not sure if this is the new recipe or just a bad batch. They are still tasty but not the same quality as usual.
