The locket was everything I expected and more. The photos were perfectly set and the inscription was precisely how I wanted it. I was worried I wouldn't get it in time (I had a tight schedule and I'm in the US), but I got it in 6 days!

Absolutely over the moon with the locket. We had it made for our mums 85th and as there are 4 of us, it was perfect for her to have a picture of each of us in the locket. Very well made, packaged beautifully and arrived in plenty of time. Very easy to choose the photos to have inserted, very well worth the additional payment to have the pictures fitted at the ordering stage. My mum was so happy when we gave it to her. Very highly recommend.

Got this locket as a 50th Birthday present for a very good friend of mine and added photos that would mean the world to her. My dad passed away a few months ago. My sister and I wanted to get mom something special for her Birthday. We found this mother of Pearl locket that holds 2 pictures. Can’t fault James and Lovelox - super helpful, friendly and responsive customer service - and a perfect locket! I was really struggling to find a locket that wasn’t too big and clunky, but the little love heart locket was spot on. Great prices, too. It was bought as a gift but I’ll now be back to buy my own!

This locket is absolutely amazing. My friend recently lost her dad and I put a special message on the back and used a photo of them. Absolutely beautiful. I bought one locket in gold and one in silver for my daughters, I had a photo of their dad put in onside (which the company put in for me) and some of their dads hair in the other side. Absolutely love it, love it, love it! It brought tears to my sister-in-law’s eyes when we gave it to her to celebrate her being 80 years young.
