Everything is fine with the exception of signature. It was signed as “GrandPa” … I gave a present without checking this out. Actually I am “GrandMa” The rest is fine. Good present.

Only thing that I would have liked better was if I had the option to change it from grandpa to papa as that is what my grandkids call me. If you are able to reprint the card to say papa, that would be awesome. Thank you

I purchased two of the God bless. My granddaughter only received one of them. They sent me the dishes they go in the wooden stands. I sent those back the day. I got them still waiting for the other necklace with the wooden box. Thank you.

The product was exactly as stated a little expensive for what you get, but overall you’re not really paying for the jewelry you’re paying for the words in the box. I’m very satisfied with what I received

I love the neckless. I didn't care for the original box. It made the jewelry look cheap. I am going to find a nice box to put it and the poem. I'm glad that I didn't order the rexpensive box. I don't think it would look much better. Why would you make a big difference in the box it would be presented in, especially since the customer is looking at pictures.qq

I bought one for my Granddaughter 36 years old, also one for her daughter, my Great Granddaughter ,@6 years old, and a necklace for her son, 8 years old, they are all very Happy !!!!

When I gave my granddaughter her gift she was so excited. She just couldn’t stop looking at it and said she was going to wear it on special occasions. I got the biggest hug from her. Love her so much.

I order two (2) on the same order. One item was correct with the custom love Pop-Pop. I wrote to your grandparent’s email and left voicemail at your phone number. I never heard from anybody. After point of sal your customer service stinks I CAPITALIZED LETTERS. Highly disappointed with your lack of communication. I had to have the card reprinted with the custom closing at my own expense.

I gave it to my granddaughter on her 16th birthday party. She open the box and read what it said my wife her grandmother didn’t know anything about this was almost in tears as was my granddaughter. In fact my granddaughter started to have tears!! She came over and gave me the biggest hug and kiss which made me feel so so good. She put it on and wears it every day. In? The video it. Showed this? Necklace in A. Wooden? Box. But? When it came it was in a cardboard box. We were disappointed that it did not come in a wooden box.

I am totally impressed with this item. It is nicer than i ever thought. And the deluxe display case also exceeds expectations. As an added feature the display case is illuminated when opened, highlighting the sparkling necklase. Glad i purchased this item, especially upgrading the display case.
