I had great fun assembling the Marble Run over a couple of days. The pieces were well constructed and easy to remove from the wood sheet. The design is interesting to watch in motion. I assembled it about a month ago and I still run it for fun. The instruction for the wheel at the top of the elevator was a little ambiguous, but I was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Overall great buy and time spent during quarantine!

The view is very solid and presentable, as even the resale of these sets in the shopping center in Moscow with a margin of 200-300. Strongly recommend! I bought this for my 8 yo daughter. she was interested in it for about 5 minutes, but the parts were too difficult for her to assemble. so i had to take over. then i finished it. she thought it was cool when it was finished, but i assembled it for the most part. I really enjoyed it.

Really fun. Takes about 4-5 hours to put together. Be very careful with the spiral piece and the pegs that are attached to pieces. Under 10 y/o will probably need assistance. Better than a video game or standard 2D/3D puzzle.

I have a very engineering-minded 13 year old who had the TIME OF HIS LIFE putting this together after opening it Christmas morning. Probably took him about 4 to 5 hours to assemble. He found the instructions clear and used the wax and sandpaper included to fine tune the pieces. By the end of the night, he was cranking all the marbles through this cool parkour run with ease. I’ve become quite addicted to these toys and this one was the most challenging yet. I sanded and shaved the pieces slightly and put them into place. This prevents placing too much pressure on the raceway supports. The wood takes stain nicely. I painted the gears and raceways with acrylic paints and finished with an enamel gloss. If you take the time to sand and prep each piece the result is very nice.

This was an incredible project. The laser cut ply board is some of the finest plywood I have worked. Their precision laser cuts are spot on. As I built the kit I continued to be fascinated with the engineering that goes into kits like this one. It is fun, it is rewarding and most certainly will boost your confidence level. Got this as a Christmas gift for my 11-year old son with ADHD. He loved it - a nice change from the lego building sets that he normally gets. He's very mechanically inclined, he completed this in about 5 hours - it would have taken me much longer. My only comment is to be sure to follow the directions closely. Robotime does it right. I've built several "kits" with my grandson, some good, some not so much. This is brilliantly engineered, meticulously manufactured with spot on tolerances. 1, very small piece out of them was a bit loose, all else were perfect. Highly recommended. Will be purchasing the other models!

This project took me about 3 hours. I was not rushing and was not focused on this to the point of ignoring others but was involved. Directions are pretty clear but I needed to examine several steps closely to ensure I had things correctly positioned. Enjoyed this very much and will be purchasing other models!

This is not my first robotime build, so I have some experience from my 2 other units. The laser cutting is crisp, precise and is easily removed without any destruction of small delicate parts. Construction is well thought out and easy to follow BUT, the instruction details for installation of the main gear are reversed and make it easy to install backwards.
