We recently worked the kitchen at Hauiti Marae and all throughout the tangi the knife was recognisable as his and washed and placed in a safe place by everyone in the kitchen. Was awesome actually. Knives go missing all the time but this one you can’t get away with “borrowing"!

I bought 2. I gave 1 to my bro in-law and he loved it, and sending the other to my son in Ausie he the BBQ SMOKER cook over there. I know he will love it to. I also bought the large col-slaw?? Knife. It is great cutting up slabs of Rump steak and rolls of rib eye and cutting up cabbage. I love my knife. I getting a PVC pipe cut to the length to keep it safe and away from little hands.
